However, it's not uncommon to see individuals struggle to embrace the morning. To address this, I’d like to share some practices that can enhance your morning experience.

These simple adjustments can significantly improve your sleep quality! While I sometimes bend the last rule due to necessary communication, I prefer to use my phone solely for messaging. Before bed, I often read a book to unwind and prepare for rest.

Steering clear of food and drinks before bedtime helps your body handle the night more effectively.

Establishing a regular wake-up time is another rule I follow. I often stay up late due to social interactions, but I've found a rhythm that works well for me: I go to sleep at 1:00 AM and rise at 7:30 AM. This consistency allows my body to adapt, making waking up easier without relying on an alarm.

A crucial component of a productive morning is to plan the first hour of your day the night before. This could include setting routines or outlining tasks. When your mind knows what to expect upon waking, it sets you up for success.

A serene evening routine is essential for a restorative night. Overloading on news and information can keep your mind active when it should be winding down. Instead, prioritize relaxation before the day ahead.

I personally enjoy reading fiction in the evenings, while during the day, I delve into non-fiction to expand my knowledge. Other relaxing activities might include taking a warm bath, enjoying a massage, watching a lighthearted movie, or even playing games. Choose whatever helps you unwind without causing fatigue.

Many find that yoga or stretching helps them relax. Personally, I gravitate towards meditation and deep breathing exercises. There are countless ways to engage in enjoyable activities that promote relaxation. Discover what works for you and make it part of your nightly routine!
