In such chaos, your focus shifts solely to steering the boat, which represents the elements of your mindset that you can control.

When external support is lacking and negativity surrounds you, life can feel chaotic, much like a stormy sea. Individuals trapped in such circumstances often fixate on their limitations and the factors they cannot alter, losing sight of what they can influence and how they might rise above their situation.
