Chapter 1: The Earth as Our Home

Earth is a stunning masterpiece situated in the vast expanse of the universe—our cherished home. For countless years, we have lived, grown, worked, celebrated, and ultimately passed away on this planet. While we might feel deeply connected to Earth, will this always remain our reality?

Looking back at history, the answer seems to be a resounding "No." Humanity has always been driven by a thirst for exploration. From Christopher Columbus's discovery of America to the moon landing, and now with astronauts continuously conducting research aboard the International Space Station (ISS), we are relentlessly uncovering the universe's mysteries.

The thought of remaining on Earth indefinitely is unfathomable. Our planet's conditions may not remain as they are forever, and if circumstances arise that compel us to leave, will we be adequately prepared?

This vision is shared by many. Recently, I delved into a book about Elon Musk and was struck by his remarkable achievements in a short span. He has fundamentally altered our perceptions of the future, transforming once-unimaginable concepts into reality.

Mars has long been a symbol of aspirations, featured in numerous films and stories throughout human history. In Roman mythology, Mars was revered as the god of war, while the Greeks referred to him as Ares.

Our connection with Mars suggests that it represents the next logical step for humanity. However, our true destiny extends beyond Mars; we aim to unlock the mysteries of the galaxy and evolve into an interplanetary species.
